The “True” (صح) app is operated by Al-Wafi Public Transport LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), registered in the Republic of Iraq. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and process your personal data when you use our services as a driver (Captain), passenger, or sender/user of parcel delivery services.

Passenger Call Masking:
The “True” app allows female passengers to hide their phone numbers when communicating with captains. When activated, communication occurs solely via the app’s internal messaging system, preventing disclosure of personal phone numbers. This feature enhances privacy and security and prevents unwanted direct contact outside the ride.
We maintain secure, temporary logs of in-app communications for security and dispute resolution only.

User data is stored and processed via Google Firebase, which may have servers outside Iraq (e.g., European Union or United States).

Any international data transfer is conducted in accordance with recognized international data protection agreements and standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of personal information.

21) Payments and Subscriptions
All subscriptions and services in the “True” app are paid via Zain Cash directly. Google Play billing is not used for subscriptions. All payments are secure and encrypted.
No paid transactions related to app usage or services are processed via Google Play. All payments are external and processed directly through the local payment provider (Zain Cash).
We do not store user payment data or card information on our servers.
Transport and booking services are not eligible for Google Play Billing; therefore, all payments are processed directly and securely through Zain Cash.
22) Refund Policy
All payments and subscriptions within the “True” app are processed securely via Zain Cash.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable once activated and used, as they grant immediate access to app functionalities.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, and access will remain until the end of the paid period, without automatic renewal unless approved by the user.
In case of technical errors or incorrect charges, users can contact support at info@true.com.iq for individual review, and refunds may be processed via Zain Cash only if allowed by the payment provider’s policies.
